We currently offer free standard shipping on all US orders.

Shipping to Canada starts at $40 and increases based on the total weight of the order. Orders to Canada are restricted to 30lbs. The receiver will be responsible for payment of any customs duties, taxes or fees.

Printables: Printables should arrive in your email a few minutes after ordering and you can download them immediately. No physical product will be mailed.

The Peace Pets Workbook: Because our workbook is printed on demand, orders containing the workbook may take an extra 1-2 weeks to be shipped. We often have a few copies on hand to speed up fulfillment, but we cannot guarantee orders containing the workbook will be shipped without delay.

Standard orders: Most orders (except orders containing The Peace Pets Workbook) ship within 1 business day after payment is confirmed.

Orders shipped to Pennsylvania will be charged PA's 6% sales tax.

Printables purchased by Pennsylvania billing addresses will also be charged PA's 6% sales tax.

We accept most major credit cards through Shopify's checkout and Paypal.

Given their immediate delivery and their inability to be returned, printables are non-refundable.

For all physical goods, returns will be accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery of your item.

Requests initiated after 30 calendar days of delivery will not be accepted.

Buyers will be responsible for any shipping and handling charges for returns and exchanges.

Items returned must be in unsoiled, sellable condition. Items are subject to final inspection before your return is processed.
